Makeup or down?

So let's talk Makeup or makedown!

Like most of you we all have had our trial and errors when it comes to makeup especially at first. I've all tried the crazy trends and tried to make it work...but sometimes it really never does!  I tried to make my nose smaller and my eyes larger (ah yeah they already are!) and my face look skinnier. 

We all want to look and feel out best and we all want to be beautiful.

In my pages I'll post things like tutorials and makeup and clothes ideas but I first want to touch on the importance of loving you! I'll be honest this can be very hard to do. We see all these women around us and want to look and be like them that it takes it's toll on our self esteem. For me I've always been that "cute" sister. The one that everyone says is adorable and I'm happy about that. Do I wish I was beautiful with perfect skin and hair and a fast metabolism? Heck yes!

But I have to love myself now! I have to see the imperfections and the flaws and make myself see them as beautiful. Once I  let myself see the beauty within and out then others will too.

Now don't get me wrong I love makeup! I wear it almost everyday. Its great and wonderful and when used properly can work magic! Basically I am a big fan! haha 

Even though my makeup routine takes all of 6 minutes(yes I timed it), maybe 15 minutes if I want to look a bit more dressed up. And sometimes I want to just let my skin breathe. I have very sensitive skin and I breakout easily so I have to take a day or two every couple of weeks without makeup.

I am a big fan of less is more and the least amount of time I have to spend getting ready the better! 

So everyone I want you to do me a favor and tonight when you wash off all your makeup(and you had better not be sleeping in it!), I want you to look at yourself in the mirror and pick out 3 things that you love about it! It can be anything as long as it's all yours. We all see the flaws but lets try instead to look at the perfections!
