Workouts I love!

This time of year I hear alot about weight gain and the holidays. From Thanksgiving to New Years day the average woman gains about 4.5 lbs! That might not sound like alot, but that does not include water weight, or period weight (we all know what that is!)
 I like to set a goal for myself and anyone who either trains, workout or comes to my classes, and that is to maintain! It's a lot easier thanks to YouTube. I have a few favorite YouTube channels that I follow and can do a workout anywhere on my phone or computer.

Try them out!  All it takes is 15 minutes a day to maintain and even as a super busy, working, homeschooling mom, I can squeeze in a good workout! Have fun and see you next year!
