Keeping busy...

With homecoming this weekend, I've been pretty busy sewing, altering, and working my magic...and let's not talk about the lack of sleep! But now that I'm winding down, and have the last dress almost done, I can get back to life and my regular routine.
Tracy Anderson is one of my favorite trainers! She understand the female body, and we both have similar goals, to tone and firm and be healthy and lean. This is one of her quick little workouts that i really like doing, and there are times that (if I actually have nothing to do for 15 minutes while watching a movie) I can do on the floor.
My kids will sometimes do it with me, I think it also helps my coordination, as in it makes me really think about where my body is going and getting the muscle to move and stretch.
