My closet, or where my appearance is put together

I have a dream closet. I know your thinking "Wow why

is she bragging and blogging about it?!"
But since I'm in the middle of sorting, packing away and purging the contents of my closet, I might as well write about it.
I function best when I'm organized, so I try and keep my clothing, shoes and accessories organized too.
As I pack up the last of my light weight, summer clothes, I think back on the summer. All the day trips, our beach vacation, the sun tan that's already faded. And now I pull out the jeans, sweaters, turtlenecks (yes, I wear them with pride!) and scarves.
I'm also having hard time finding room for all the clothes I have. Which is excessive if you have seen my walk-in, California Closet drawer and shelf built closet! I'm a little embarrassed, and lot frustrated.
As I sort, I'm trying to figure out what I want to look like this season, anticipate where I could go, and what the weather could be like....yup, a guessing game.
But it helps me assess what I love, like, will wear or have never worn. Let's talk the never worn, those items we keep for who knows why!
