Making kids clothes from other clothes and making clothes from magazines
I love reusing things and making something new. I had some plain t-shirts for my kids that I decided to make special shirts for them. For the boys I found some pictures of dinosaurs and cut them out and used them as stencils and used shirts that had some spots or were to small and cut out the dinos. And for my daughter I had some fun ribbon and lace that had sparkles in them and I hand stitched them on.

I also made a dress out of a guys dress shirt and added ribbon.

And last I saw a picture of a dress and thought it was so cute and that I could do it, so after sometime I found the right fabrics that I had and was able to buy the shirt for I think $2 on clearance. I had fun making them.
I am always looking for more projects like these and will post some more ideas and pictures as I make them.
