I have been doing it the last few weeks and can already see major improvement in the tone and texture (or lack of!) in my skin.

Here is basically a body map of the direction to use when brushing your body. I have been using a loofah and like that better than a traditional brush. My skin is softer and there is definitely less visible cellulite! And I'm planning to wear several swimsuits this month, hopefully (weather permitting!)
