Raspberry Lemon Cobbler, or The Last Taste of Summer!

We had a little bumper crop of raspberries, and who doesn't love a lemon raspberry cobbler?!  

Ingredients
1 1/2 cup cake flour
1  cup whole wheat flour
1/2 cup white flour
2 1/2 teaspoons baking powder

1/2 teaspoons salt
1 3/4 cups sugar
2/3 cup butter 
2 eggs
1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla
1 1/4 cups milk

 The kids and I pretty much tossed this together in a bowl, although you  and then sprinkled 1 1/2 cups of fresh raspberries on top of the batter. I would suggest adding some sugar as well, we didn't thinking the cake and fresh berries would be sweet enough, and no it was Not sweet enough! My Hubs took one bite and said it would be better with vanilla ice cream.

 Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Eat it warm with vanilla ice cream or have it cold. Enjoy!
